Job Description:
You will be taking calls from your home on a full or part time basis for our latest client. Your main duties will be liaising with existing clients, dealing with orders and customer queries, quoting prices, organising dispatching, data entry, and some up-selling / cross-selling.

Call Type:
Handling inbound customer service calls plus an assortment of other calls related to order taking, cross selling and general enquiries.

Salary:
You will be engaged on an independent contractor basis which offers flexibility in terms of working hours and the role attracts an hourly rate depending on experience and the client calls being handled. Depending on the client you may also have the opportunity to boost your income by means of on target bonuses and incentives.
