The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Proven successful track record in telesales management
• Extensive experience in telesales training and coaching
• Overall knowledge of the holiday industry and the different ownership programs available
• Expert user of Internet, databases and Microsoft programs (excel, word, power point, access)
• Will have the knowledge, drive and motivation to lead a sales team to achieve record sales figures
